What we collect
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no login and no way for us to identify you. The app contains no analytics, advertising or attribution SDKs.
What stays on your device
The game saves the following locally, on your device only, so your progress survives closing the app:
- Your distances and best flights
- Feathers collected, and the birds, plumages, trails and lands you have unlocked
- Awards
- Your settings: sound, music, haptics, reduced motion, high contrast and finger offset
- Whether you have seen the tutorial
We never receive any of it. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it from your device.
Network connections
Wind Rider works fully offline. The iPhone app makes no network requests at all.
On Android, the app checks whether a newer version is available by downloading a small public file over HTTPS from our hosting provider, Supabase. Nothing about you or your device is sent with that request — no identifiers, no progress and no account. As with any request on the internet, the provider briefly sees the IP address it came from; we do not use it to identify or track anyone.
What we never collect
- Your name, email address, phone number or postal address
- Your location
- Your camera, microphone, contacts or photos
- Any advertising identifier (IDFA or Google Advertising ID)
- Analytics, behavioural or tracking data of any kind
Children
Wind Rider is suitable for all ages. Because no personal data is collected from anyone, no data is collected from children.
Third parties
Nothing is shared with or sold to third parties.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete. To remove the data stored on your device, uninstall the app.
Changes
If this ever changes — for example, if online leaderboards are added — we will update this policy and the store listings before that version ships.
